Go Luxury was established to service the Go Group customers that were wanting luxury goods with delivery to their global residences.
With our team established in key areas to support the purchasing, storage and shipping of these luxury items, we realised that we had an obligation to continue to provide the best possible service to our customers, and remove limitations. From that, Go Luxury was born.

HOW WE WORK

The Go Luxury journey begins by completing our bespoke request form.
By providing us with as much information as possible, this gives our team a much greater chance of securing your items correctly and as quickly as possible to avoid delays or possibly missing out.

Once your information has been received, we will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and begin discussions with your item provider.
At the earliest possibility, we will contact you to provide you with your price, availability and lead time for your items.

Once you have confirmed you are happy to proceed, a member of our dedicated Go Luxury team will personally collect your items before returning to our facilities.
Once secure, your items will undergo our quality control procedures to ensure they are as expected, before being carefully packed and shipped to your location of choice.

During transport, our team will closely follow your items progress to ensure that delivery is prompt and on schedule, without delay.
Finally, we will hand deliver your items directly to your door, ensuring your items are delivered safely and securely.
